SensoryCritters Shipping Information

  • When your order is placed, we will process your order by verifying we have everything in stock and can ship it at the same time to avoid additional fees.  Our SensoryCritters product line is generally in stock and can ship out within 24-36 hours. 

  • The therapy products listed are all items we had in stock from our retail store. We have listed every item and listed the "Current Retail Price" and what we are selling it for today.
  • EVERY Product has been listed Well below Retail pricing. 
  • As the product is sold, we will delete that item from our site, so if you are looking at a particular item, you should purchase it now because once sold, no re-ordering. 
  • All items are being sold well below current pricing. Sold As Is. Sold as Brand New. No Refunds. No exchanges. No Returns. All sales are Final. 
  • With that said, if the quantity states we have 1 or 6 that is what we have and nothing more. We can not order additional items on any of these products. Since 2018 we manufacture our product line and sell nothing else. 

  • SHIPPING: If you add all of your products to your cart and find that shipping seems to be incorrect, please know that we will double check with USPS and UPS to determine the least expensive route to ship everything out. This will be reviewed with each order. 
  • In today's uncertain market, freight/shipping prices are fluctuating and many are  increasing with little to no warning. We will package your items as tightly as possible to save you additional costs. UPS does charge by weight, but their big determination is the size of the box being shipped, then the amount of weight is calculated.  USPS just raised their pricing. 

  • SensoryCritters/Sensorycraver does Not charge for the box, tape or filler if needed to you. This is part of our service.  Please know we want to help you purchase what you want and receive it as inexpensive as possible. 
  • If you have a concern about your shipping fee being charged, leave your items in the cart and send us a message. We will look at it and make sure everything has been calculated correctly. 

  • If you have already submitted your order and are unsure if it was correct, know that we will review every order and verify that shipping was calculated correctly. IF we determine you were over-charged, we will refund your difference.
